In an insightful meeting last week during the East-West Shrine Bowl in Frisco, Texas, around eight members of the Titans' management listened intently as 22-year-old Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders shared his thoughts and aspirations. This meeting marks the beginning of numerous discussions regarding his potential to be the face of the franchise.

With Brian Callahan and newly appointed general manager Mike Borgonzi present, as well as president of football operations Chad Brinker, the Titans leadership is embarking on a critical journey. Borgonzi, who was just hired as the Titans' 16th general manager, is diving headfirst into the quarterback search alongside Callahan, who has been noted for his strategic mind and detailed evaluations during his coaching career.

“Callahan is very smart and detailed,” Borgonzi told ESPN. “He’s been around some pretty good ones – Peyton Manning, Joe Burrow, and Matthew Stafford. Knowing what to look for in terms of footwork and playmaking is crucial.”

The unique partnership between Borgonzi and Callahan has the potential for greatness, both having significantly impacted their previous teams.
